Qualifications:

• Proficient in using a ladder for field operations.
• Valid driver's license (Driving ability is a plus).

Responsibilities:

• Provided broad operational support for installing, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests within IT infrastructure across office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations.
• Delivered exceptional customer service during field visits and dispatches.
• Diagnosed technical problems and implemented appropriate solutions.
• Generated timely, detailed service reports and documented processes.
• Collected and analyzed performance data to offer technical assistance and improve service efficiency.
• Ensured workflow alignment with schedules and accurately documented resolutions for complex issues.
• Developed workaround procedures when standard solutions were not effective, ensuring issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot and developed technical solutions for software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers.
• Built and maintained positive relationships with customers.
