Software Engineering Director - Associate Experience

Capital One is seeking a Software Engineering Director passionate about driving innovation and operational excellence in a collaborative, inclusive environment. This individual will oversee software engineering initiatives within the Associate Experience Technology (AXT) organization and lead full stack teams while influencing innovative solutions. The role involves designing cloud native solutions, working with emerging technologies, and enabling career development and performance of delivery teams. Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, 7 years of software engineering experience, 5 years of people management, and 5 years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree, over 10 years of software engineering experience, and expertise in a range of programming languages and technologies.
