Own the SMS product area, build the engineering organization, and direct technical/business missions. Manage direct reports, including other managers and technical leads. Develop goals and career development plans for direct reports. Interview, hire, and level up the team. Work on project planning and define achievements, identify dependencies, and meet business goals. Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve blockers, and manage expectations. Advise on system design and implementation decisions. Iterate and improve on engineering processes like recruiting, performance development, communication, and agile development. Share and evangelize SMS industry best practices across the entire company. Oversee daily workflow of the organization. Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Telecommuting permitted 2-3 days per week. Full-time. Multiple positions.

Must Have

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and
  2. 7 years of experience as a technology manager, development manager, architect, technical solution architect, IT consultant, or related occupation.
