CNC MACHINIST

CNC Machinist
PHB, Inc. Machining Division is currently looking for CNC Machine Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Schedule:

• 2nd shift- 3pm-11pm, Monday- Friday
• 3rd shift- 11pm-7am Sunday- Thursday

Position Responsibilities:

• Handle castings made of zinc and aluminum
• Load parts into the CNC machines, properly secure it with hydraulics, and start the cycle
• Visually inspect all parts
• Inspect parts using micrometer, calipers, and gages
• Complete at-machine documentation
• Proper usage of grinders and other hand tools, as needed
• Change tools as needed
• Read/understand basic machine programs
• Ability to read blueprints

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of CNC machine equipment, tooling, and processes
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
