Sr. Data Engineer/Data Architect

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with IT SMEs and business stakeholders for requirements gathering.
2. Prepare technical design documents and coordinate with offshore development teams.
3. Design, build, and deploy efficient data pipelines; optimize and maintain existing ones.
4. Implement data quality checks and ensure high data integrity.
5. Develop scalable data warehouses and data products.
6. Enhance data movement frameworks with a focus on automation.
7. Utilize expert-level SQL skills and engage in data modeling.
8. Apply CI/CD pipeline, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.

Skills and Experience:

1. Proficiency in Azure Services, DataBricks, and Python.
2. Advanced SQL skills and experience with Snowflake.
3. 8 years in Data Engineering; 4 years with Azure Services.
4. Familiarity with Jira, GitLab, data modeling, data analysis, and test automation.
