Design, develop, and test software systems and applications for enhancements and new products. Develop, test, and document software programs including operating systems and/or applications to be used in new products or the modification of existing products. Facilitate the smooth integration of microcontrollers, processors, and development platforms into relevant applications. Provide hardware and software technical support, software development, and training for processors and reference design systems. Analyze the impact of the software and algorithms for the definition of the next generation of SoC. Contribute to porting of new algorithms and commercial framework, analyze performance, and propose optimizations. Create, evaluate, and demonstrate hardware and software and associated training materials. Solve system design issues, and respond to technical questions.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, foreign equivalent or closely related field.
Required skills:
Position requires completion of a graduate-level course, research project, internship, or thesis involving:
- System Software;
- Embedded Software;
- Embedded System Applications;
- GPU Architecture and Programming;
- Computer Architecture;
- Advanced Computer Design.
Offered Annual Salary: $184,662
The base salary range for this position is as mentioned below per year. We also provide competitive benefits, incentive compensation, and/or equity for certain roles. Company benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid leave. Please note that the base salary range (or hourly rate) is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary based on a number of factors such as qualifications, skill level, work location, and other business and organizational needs. This base pay range is specific to California and is not applicable to other locations. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range as of the date of this posting is: $125,600 to $172,700 annually.
