Using our exclusive offline identity resolution capabilities along with clients’ point of sale (POS) data, we help Retailers significantly expand their 1st party data and ensure reporting transparency, creating new monetization opportunities with their Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) partners.

Our platform is a combination of microservices and a large-scale data pipeline with billions of points of sale transaction data from major retailers.
About the Position
Reports to: Head of Engineering
Location: Menlo Park, CA
Bridg is seeking to expand our team that owns a highly scalable data integration and transformation platform. You will be creating and building the platform that includes ingestion and transformation of data, data governance, machine learning, analytics, and consumer insights.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree in computer science or related field.
- Strong object-oriented programming, preferably Java.
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work in a collaborative environment.
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS tools and frameworks is a plus.
- Big data experience, building systems for high performance and scale is a plus.
- Experience with databases and data warehousing technologies.

Compensation
At Cardlytics, salary ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, and location. Individual compensation may be determined by relevant skills, experience, education, training, and other role-specific criteria. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of the aforementioned factors. The base salary range provided below does not include bonuses and additional benefits.
The annual US base salary range for this role is: $130,000 - $150,000
