The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a(n) EHS Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Identifies, plans, recommends and completes technical projects and programs leading to improvement of key performance indicators and systems within Solventum's environmental, health and safety management standards.
- Establishes extensive corporate interactions and develops a network of support (technical, manufacturing, engineering, and administrative) to facilitate completion of programs.
- Actively advises and influences others on decisions in area of ergonomics, industrial hygiene, general safety and environment compliance.
- Participate in the technical strategic planning process within the EHS management system.
- Maintains documentation and records within current systems to support the site's EHS management standards
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 8 years of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) experience
OR
- High School Diploma/GED from AND 12 years of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) experience
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- 4 years of ergonomics evaluation experience
- 3 years of project management experience
- Master's degree in ergonomic or kinesiology from an accredited institution
- Five (5) years of regulatory and compliance responsibilities with an EHS focus in a private, public, government or military environment
- Skills include excellent written and verbal communication toward diverse teams with varying levels of proficiency in the EHS space. Proven leadership abilities

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
