Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor 4 years Exp

Job Title: Support Supervisor of Production Floor

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Associate's degree in Engineering or a related field, plus 4 years of relevant experience.
2. Ability to understand and utilize HAAS CNC milling & turning equipment and programming.
3. Understanding of G-code is a plus.
4. Possess strong organizational skills as well as good verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
6. Experience working with machine operators to identify weaknesses in current processes and develop better processes with SOPs.
7. Understanding of material properties, basic understanding of GD&T, and tolerance analysis.
