Graphic Designer / Developer Junior with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

1. Collaborates with analysts to understand requirements and enhances analytic thoughts and assessments by developing graphic and layout solutions.
2. Provides graphic design and layout solutions for intelligence products, including developing illustrations, editing existing images, managing fonts, and utilizing advanced pre-publication techniques.
3. Uses government-specified technology to produce graphic design, cartographic products, interactive graphical content, video content, analytic product templates, and marketing content.
4. Integrates graphics with text, audio, and video to support interactive and multimedia high-visibility finished intelligence products.
5. Produces dynamic content in accordance with IC published standards (e.g., D3 Style Guide), including podcasts or audio segments.
6. Provides user experience/user interface expertise for the development of interactive graphics and web products.

Qualifications

1. Must have a current Top Secret security clearance with a CI Polygraph.
2. At least three years of experience in graphic design with current experience within the last two years.
3. Bachelor's degree in a related area or high school diploma with an additional 4 years of experience for a total of 7 years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
4. Proven expertise in using professional graphic design software, including but not limited to:

• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Flash)
• Apple Final Cut Pro X
• Apple Mac hardware platforms
• Map Publisher
• Microsoft 365
• Any other specified interactive graphics tools, languages, or enablers.
