  1. Developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex and diverse software systems.
  2. Addressing various software needs including processing-intensive analytics, real-time systems, and business management information systems.
  3. Working individually or collaboratively within a team environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  4. Testing software components to ensure alignment with design requirements and documenting test results.
  5. Resolving software problem reports and ensuring software reliability and functionality.
  6. Applying appropriate software development and design methodologies to meet project objectives.

THE WORK

  1. Continuously contribute to the creation of design solutions that address complex engineering problems across the full software cycle.
  2. Develop operational scenarios, based on the customer’s goals and contractual requirements.
  3. Develop system requirements and architectures to ensure customer needs and contracts are appropriately translated into the products development cycle.
  4. Incrementally develop the product design and delivery optimization requirements.
  5. Act as a core member of a multi-disciplinary team that represents all capabilities within DevSecOps, directly supporting software development and integration activities for the program.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must possess security clearance with a polygraph.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related subject area and Seven (7) years of experience.
  3. Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a degree.
  4. Strong demonstrated experience programming with J2EE Java.

Desired Skills:

  1. Demonstrated work experience with the MapReduce programming model and Pig, Cloud, Ghostmachine and QTA.

Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly SP
