Hiring Electro-Mechanical Technician with related field or previous work experience as a Mechanical /Assembly Technician.
Responsibilities
- The role is responsible for the assembly of electro-mechanical products in accordance with quality standards
- Responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:
- Perform assembly, disassembly and maintenance
- Identify and resolve issues during scheduled maintenance requests
- Adhere to regulations, safety guidelines, and maintenance tasks to meet requirements
- Support repairs and parts orders, and report concerns to team leaders
- Foster a team-oriented approach to drive the team's achievement of production and quality goals
- Troubleshoot and rework electronic equipment down to the component level.
- Perform preventive maintenance or service
- Quality and performance metrics recording as appropriate for the role
- Knowledge in electronics, electrical or mechanical
- Technical competence, the ability to read and understand detailed instructions, blueprints, flowcharts, schematics and engineering documents, and pass all compliance necessary for technical and safety training;
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and familiarity with electrical drawings.
- Ability to read and operate various measuring equipment related to electronics (digital multimeters)
- Document and adhere to manufacturers' troubleshooting techniques
- Hands-on Ability: Strong mechanical skills, capable of disassembling and assembling
