The TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation and optimization, to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other 3rd parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to the end users. Qualifications

1. Graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
2. Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
3. Strong knowledge of data structure and algorithms, proficient in at least one coding language, including but not limited to Python, Go, Java, C++.
4. Familiar with the entire software development life cycle including product discussion, research and analysis (demand and supply side), document writing, system design, coding, testing, etc.
5. Passion for new technologies and proven capability in analysis and problem-solving.

Job Information:

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165000 - $260000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
