Job Summary
As a Senior Test Engineer (TE3) supporting Nightwing, you will be responsible for leading a team and performing complex testing and analysis of CNO capabilities to ensure their functionality meets the design specification and expected outcomes. Test Engineers need to be able to think critically and help define the output to the developers beyond simply running the test, to provide debug artifacts and crash analysis.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with basic scripting in Python or Bash
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years' experience as a Test Engineer in programs or contracts of a similar scope or complexity
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required prior to start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

- Lead a team of test engineers evaluating CNO capabilities to ensure their readiness
- Review planned acquisition approaches to support test and evaluation schedule alignment
- Analyze performance risk areas to focus test and evaluation planning
- Specify, validate, and adapt modeling and simulation for test and evaluation use
- Apply statistical analysis of variations in performance behavior to characterize confidence in performance estimates
- Establish and employ data and configuration management capabilities
- Design surveys for evaluation of SME input and user assessments of performance
- Participate in the test and evaluation working-level integrated product team (WIPT) and/or integrated test team for coordination of evaluation plans

Salary Range: 130,000 USD - 272,000 USD
