Title: Core Java Developer

Location: Weehawken, NJ - Day one onsite mandatory

1. At least 6 to 10 years of experience in Development.
2. Experience as a software engineer in a globally distributed team working with Java, Oracle, SQL.
3. Mandatory Skill: Hands-on experience in Java, Springboot, Microservices, and Multithreading.
4. Good to have skill: Kafka or any EMS framework, Grid computing, distributed caching.
5. Familiarity with agile methodology.
6. Strong database and data analysis skills.
7. A history of producing secure and clean code that is stable, operational, consistent, and well-performing.
8. Methodology know-how on how to ensure that project deliverables meet industry best practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out).
