Today, we're driving the energy transition with more than 30,000 of the brightest minds across 54 countries.Here, what you do matters.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Assist and support the E&M System Superintendent and Shift SupervisorsConform to company QHSE&S policies and proceduresCarry out maintenance and operational tasks on Company equipment as instructed by the E&M System Shift Supervisor and as required by Company and manufacturers’ procedures and manualsConduct relevant equipment function checks against relevant standard checklistsUndertake relevant repair and servicing requirements, and record any faults and applied repairs on the Equipment Fault/Repair ReportsEssential Qualifications and Education:High school graduate, Diploma, Technical Degree3 years experience in offshore construction industry• Knowledge of the Project operations to be undertaken• Experience in offshore environment• In possession of relevant trade certificate (Mechanical/Subsea)• Experience in the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance mechanical systems (tension machines, gearboxes, drive chains, high load roller systems, etc.)• Experience operating flexible or rigid lay systems or similar equipment• Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate in spoken and written English• Offshore Personal Safety and Survival Training.• Suitable Offshore Personal Medical Certificate – ENG1 or Equivalent.#LI-DNI#LI-VT1McDermott is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
