CNC Programmer (Mastercam)

About the job CNC Programmer (Mastercam)
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Programmer. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of up to $35/hr., based on experience.
As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming mills using Mastercam software. The majority of our mill equipment is Haas machines, so experience with these machines is preferred.
Responsibilities:

• Create and modify CNC programs using Mastercam software
• Set up and operate Haas mill machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Troubleshoot and resolve any programming or machine issues
• Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer
• Proficiency in Mastercam software
• Experience with Haas mill machines is preferred
• Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
