Validation Engineer III

Title: Validation Engineer III

Duration: 6 Months

Details:

1. 2-5 years' experience minimum in R&D or Quality role
2. Bachelor level degree in an Engineering Discipline or other Technical Field
3. Preferred BS in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Biomedical Engineering (BME) or related science-based discipline

Requisition Description:

This position will support a project intended to validate test methods in receiving inspection and production. The project will require the contractor to write test methods for existing evaluations, write test method validation protocols and execute against requirements. The individuals will have to assess existing quality system documentation and review requirements against industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Document existing test methods used in manufacturing processes
2. Write clear protocols and reports with appropriate data analysis
3. Route documentation in client's quality system

Key Requirements:

1. Test method development (including knowledge of industry standards)
2. Test method validation / inspection method validation / gage R&R
3. Testing coordination experience
4. Protocol development experience
5. Report writing experience
6. Must have good attention to detail
7. Able to conduct data analysis and apply statistical techniques to data
8. Be able to clearly document what was done and justify any deviations to the protocol
