We're seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our talented iOS and Android engineers in maintaining and developing our core application. Responsibilities:

1. Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to excel.
2. Recruit and retain top-performing senior and principal engineers.
3. Provide ongoing feedback to shape our work environment for organizational growth, fostering inclusivity and collaboration.
4. Review and actively participate in technical designs.
5. Champion mobile app platform knowledge across the organization, particularly within product engineering teams.

Required Experience:

1. 5+ years hands-on experience in iOS (preferably Swift), Android (preferably Kotlin), and/or microservices.
2. Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.
3. Advanced knowledge of Android development best practices and extensive experience with commonly used modules.
4. Familiarity with architectural patterns of large-scale mobile applications and their supporting services.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the company and influence outcomes.
6. Desired experience with server-driven UIs and working knowledge of AWS.
