Job Description:

Synechron is seeking a candidate to analyze, integrate, map, transform, and configure new data feeds into Smarsh, ZL, and/or Vantage. This involves setting up, transforming, and configuring new data sources to work with these archival and data management systems, ensuring that the new data is seamlessly incorporated into the existing systems for archiving, compliance, and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Infra Engineer with Data Transformation in XML
  • Regulatory compliance expericne is Must

Skills for both Engineering and Adherence

  • Exposure to e-communications regulatory compliance archiving concepts and fundamentals
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • ServiceNow exposure
  • Experience with Process documentation.
  • Experience with audit, risk and controls.
  • Proficient with XML
  • Understanding various data ingestion and transmission protocols/options APIs, SMTP, SFTP, etc.
  • Exposure to Regulatory technologies
  • Smarsh \ Connected Capture
  • ZL
  • ThetaLake


Engineer will help with:

While engineering new feeds, configure the archiving system to adhere to compliance requirements, ensuring that all data collected through these feeds is managed in accordance with data management policies and regulations.

Use analytical skills to monitor and optimize the integration process, ensuring that new data feeds are processed efficiently and meet all necessary quality standards.

Use Excel and other Microsoft tools to prepare data for integration, analyze the results of the data ingestion processes, and report on the effectiveness of the new feeds.

Use XML, APIs, SMTP, and SFTP techniques or tools to analyze, transformation and process new data feeds into archival or data management systems such as Smarsh, ZL, and/or Vantage, and promptly identify any issues, coordinating with the respective teams to resolve them efficiently
