This role includes oversight of .NET-based applications as well as modern front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular and owns operational and strategic roadmaps on critical customer developed applications. Key Responsibilities: Participate as a key member of a senior-level IT Management Team. Oversee a significant area within IT, including both back-end and front-end development. Develop strategies and roadmaps for responsible areas and contribute to the overall IT strategy. Manage team financials, including AOP, budget management, and forecasting. Handle people management, including work plan development, performance management, and talent development. Build and develop the team, including organizational structure, recruiting, and team management. Utilize data-driven approaches to present management reports on team performance, including metrics and deliverable status. Communicate status to senior management in both IT and business. Ensure team adherence to all IT processes, policies, and procedures, including IT security. Engage with business stakeholders in their respective functions or business areas. Provide governance and leadership for all programs/projects executed or supported by the team. Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular etc..
