Figural Tabletop Designer

Adecco Creative and Marketing is recruiting a Sr 3D designer for our client, a key supplier in the stationary, office supply, home decor, and gift categories in Brooklyn, NY. This designer will create a variety of 3D and ceramic tabletop products such as cups, mugs, pet bowls, figurines, and seasonal items. The designer will support the Product Development team with product renderings, packaging design, production art, and mentoring junior designers.

The salary range for this role is between $85-$95k. While our client prefers candidates who are able to work a hybrid schedule, they are open to fully remote work as well.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and render tabletop/3D products (ceramics-focused) and home décor.
• Develop packaging designs across multiple formats and categories.
• Assist with branding/marketing concepts for products and sub-brands.
• Create production templates and assist in design process optimization.
• Mentor junior designers and manage multiple projects.
• Packaging design for products across all formats & categories.

Skills Required :

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong aesthetic versatility and technical design capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively.
