Having established themselves as the industry leader and known for their expansive projects, this company is undertaking a massive new venture and therefore growing rapidly throughout the Miami area. They have a multi-million dollar project underway and a significant pipeline of work to follow.
In this role, you will be heavily involved in key areas of the project, including procurement and logistics, focusing on the structural steel aspect of the build phase. You will play a key part in steel procurement, project documentation, bid preparation, and participate in key stakeholder meetings.

The role:
- Coordinate all onsite activities in relation to the steel erection phase of the project
- Manage subcontractors and activities
- Ensure full compliance and scheduling
- Oversee materials inventory and storage
The person:
- Civil Engineering or Architectural background
- Experience on large construction projects
- MEP/Interior fit-out experience
