Production Engineer

Come join our team as a Production Engineer at CPP. In this role, you will provide vital engineering support to our manufacturing areas to improve processes, techniques, and efficiency in the production of casted parts. If selected for this position, you will collaborate with operations and manufacturing managers to drive solutions and contribute to our overall success.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Experience: 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment, with a preference for Investment Casting Experience
• Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: High level of mechanical aptitude, lean manufacturing knowledge, and experience in systematic problem solving. Strong decision-making and leadership skills are also essential.

This is a non-management, full-time position with a competitive salary range of $65-85k. CPP Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
