TITLE: Principal Engineer I (Multiple Openings)
LOCATION: Charlotte, NC
JOB SUMMARY: Provide software solutions to business problems unique to the company's frontline operations. Create solutions for billing integration activities that involve multiple projects and organizations. Interpret user needs, design functional architecture, and identify automation opportunities. Oversee software systems and provide technical assistance and advice to simplify the customer experience. Oversee coding and testing, resolve incidents, and collaborate to solve problems. Identify skills and assign tasks, lead design meetings, provide feedback, recommend enhancements to the team, and improve efficiency.

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any), Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; 5 years of experience using C# to build software applications on .Net framework; using ASP .Net Web API to build HTTP services and RESTful applications; and using JIRA, Scrum, Agile, or Kanban methodologies to support SDLC.
