How You'll Make a Difference

You will be responsible for shaping PMI's digital landscape, driving online revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional user experience across PMI.org and designated digital platforms (myPMI and others). Leading a team and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve PMI's ecommerce and web objectives.

You will be part of the Global Marketing leadership team and report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Essential Duties of the role:

  • Execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and enhances online sales.
  • Accountable for key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the ecommerce strategy and track progress.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement effective merchandising strategies and product recommendations to drive online sales.
  • Optimize the checkout process and reduce cart abandonment rates.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and report on ecommerce performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize the user experience, increase conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve ROI goals and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure websites are user-friendly, responsive, secure, and optimized for performance.

What you will bring to the role:

  • 15+ years of experience in ecommerce leadership roles with a proven track record of driving online sales growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Proven track record of overseeing a growing e-commerce business with clear actions and results
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience driving operational excellence in MarTech identifying and executing opportunity areas to create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved systems, processes, and approaches to the business.
  • Experience overseeing digital marketing strategy and optimizing paid campaigns to generate sales leads while improving Customer Acquisition Costs. Experience of working cross-functionally in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Possible travel of up to 25%
