1. Support daily production activities.
2. Participate in continuous improvement through achieving excellence efficiency.
3. Support Design team for preparing the standard work by operators.
4. Support production team by communicating the operators' performance.
5. Implement kaizen activities.
6. Reduce WIP.
7. Synchronize material flux with information flux (customer forecast).
8. Prepare the capacity studies of all new projects.
9. Define the work method.
