Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of a secure and scalable IAM platform . You’ll define strategy, mentor a team, and implement solutions for authentication, authorization, and access management. You’ll collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure security, compliance, and seamless integration across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of IAM strategies aligned with business goals.
• Mentor a team to develop secure, scalable IAM solutions.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance and data protection.
• Architect IAM platforms for future scalability and seamless user experience.
• Integrate IAM services with internal systems and APIs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in Java and another programming language.
• 5+ years of experience with IAM tools (SSO, MFA) and protocols like OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
• Strong understanding of security best practices for application and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Keycloak or RedHat SSO and API integration.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in hobby, gaming, or collectibles communities.
• Familiarity with Go, C#, or JavaScript.
