Oura's UX Design Team is seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX Production Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and other internal partners including marketing, developers, and leadership, ensuring that user experiences are translated into high-quality, pixel-perfect designs, assets, presentations, and prototypes for various internal partner teams. You will work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to refine and execute design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement. Your expertise in design systems, attention to detail, and proficiency with design tools will be crucial in maintaining consistency, meticulous organization, and quality across all digital platforms.
This role is a US hybrid-remote role based out of the San Francisco, CA office.
What you will do:- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to understand design concepts and translate them into detailed production-ready designs.
- Create and maintain design assets, including UI components, icons, and illustrations, ensuring they adhere to established design guidelines and standards.
- Organize and update libraries of key UI views, flows, and components, for use by internal teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders using these shared design resources, developing processes to improve the team's efficiency and overall speed and effectiveness.
- Assist in prototyping designs for more effective communication of the design vision.
- Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, addressing any design-related issues or adjustments as needed.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the consistency and functionality of design elements across different devices and platforms.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality and user experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and tools.
We would love to have you on our team if you have:
- 2 years + proven experience as a UX Production Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and attention to detail, preferably for a mass market mobile application.
- Mastery and speed in Figma, and if possible, more design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and similar software.
- Strong understanding of design systems, UI patterns, and front-end development principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Keen eye for detail, consistency, and a passion for creating high-quality, user-centered designs.
- Experience in conducting quality assurance and testing of design implementations is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing your work.
- A proven track record of working collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of standard iOS and Android mobile design patterns.
- Experience working with international groups and distributed teams is a big plus.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
- Region 1: $113,256 - $125,840
- Region 2: $107,593 - $119,548
- Region 3: $101,930 - $113,256
