Our client has developed a leading SaaS AI product to help Compliance teams understand colleague communication across multiple communications channels by leveraging multi-layered AI and ML.

Currently over 130 staff globally, their clients are major global Financial Services companies, they're rapidly expanding and hiring a Pre-sales Engineer.

This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow and learn quickly within a dynamic sales team in the US. Reporting to the VP of Sales for North America, the Pre-Sales Engineer will be instrumental in driving new business development, particularly in expanding the customer base for Communications Compliance solutions.

The ideal candidate is target-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a knack for building relationships from the ground up. In this role, you'll deliver presentations, respond to customer inquiries, and guide prospects through the product evaluation process, such as Proof of Concepts (POCs). You'll also work closely with internal teams, such as Product Management and Marketing, to relay customer feedback and shape product messaging.

With five or more years of hands-on experience, including at least two years in a customer-facing role, you're a self-starter who thrives on meeting customer expectations. Strong communication skills, knowledge of messaging platforms, and a positive, can-do attitude are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
