Job Requirements / Description
- 4+ years of experience in Electrical Harness Routing , Design Concept integrating CPI (Continuous Process Improvements) in heavy equipment domain,
- Hands on experience on Creo Schematic/diagram, Part design, Assembly, Group and Arrangement.
- Utilize Creo to create highly integrated designs within the machine platforms
- Good experience in verification of harness design rules, Illustration drawings and layout preparation.
- Have knowledge on Electrical systems and able to understand Schematics / Circuit design.
- Good Knowledge on components used for wiring harness design. (Wire types and its selection, Fuses, Relays, Controllers, connectors, coverings, support clips etc.)
- Knowledge on sheet metal design and automotive wire harness manufacturing process is added advantage.
- Should be ready to work on multiple harness and schematic development tools.
Should be able to interact with customers and provide solutions. - Working on creating a comparison concept between current and existing design to check clearance and finalize design
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Creation of CN and release the CN for Teamcenter activity
- Strong Interpersonal & communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in an Electrical Engineering or Mechanical plus
- 4+ years of ElectroMechanical engineering experience with Creo CAD Software and PLM
- Knowledge of NPI process
