Senior .NET/C# Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET/C# Developer to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the .NET framework, C#, and related technologies. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure software solutions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using .NET Core, .NET Framework, and C#.
2. Architecture & Design: Contribute to architectural discussions and design reviews, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.
3. Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
4. Testing & Debugging: Debug and troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring software quality and reliability.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software products on time.
6. Participation: In a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
7. Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
8. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, architectural diagrams, and API documentation.
9. Agile Development: Participate in Agile/Scrum, contribute to sprint planning, and help the team meet delivery goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies and C#.
3. Technical Expertise:
   
   1. Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and the .NET Framework.
   2. Experience with ASP.NET, Web API, and Entity Framework.
   3. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
   4. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure.
   5. Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
4. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and work through complex issues.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with Microsoft Blazor and WASM.
2. Experience with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
3. Knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and T-SQL.
4. Prior experience in a Sr. developer or technical architect role.
5. Familiarity with the Oil and Gas Industry.

Status: Full Time Employee

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
