As a Commercial HVAC/R Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining all HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical equipment and systems in assigned facilities. The ideal candidate will have teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Commercial HVACR Technician

Location: Winston Salem, NC
Pay Rate: $32-36/hr. (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

1. Operates, inspects, and maintains all HVACR, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities to obtain the most efficient operating results and life expectancy, especially with rack refrigeration.
2. Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc.

Requirements

1. Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in the technical aspects of HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance.
2. EPA Universal Certification
3. Valid Driver's License.

SKILLED (at least 2):

Refrigeration, Coolers, Freezers, Chillers, Walk-In, Walking coolers, Rack Refrigeration, Ice Machines, HVAC, Rooftop units.
