Investment Applications Software Engineer

Our state of the art, Asset Management Client in Boston, MA is in need of a Sr. Level Full Stack (Microsoft) Software Engineer.

This is an FTE opportunity, requiring just 1 day onsite per week (4 days remote)

**Previous Investment/Asset Management software development experience is a MUST

Technology Stack:

C#, ASP.NET Core, MS SQL Server

Python

AWS (or Azure) Experience is a MUST

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of programming experience preferably in financial applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong background in modern, cloud based architecture, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming, and an understanding and adherence to SOLID design principles
• Experience with unit testing, isolation frameworks, and behavior driven development
• Experience with developing applications for cloud, preferably AWS.
• Experience with container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes
• Technology stack development experience in:
• Web development using React, Angular or similar web technologies
• Server-side development in Python, C# (.Net Core) and Web API, REST API
• Back-end development using T-SQL
• AWS/Azure Services
