About Reframe (Glucobit)

Reframe is the future of digital behavior modification. Our mission is to help people break negative habit loops and unlock the best version of themselves - starting with Alcohol and we're growing rapidly! In the last 6 months we've grown 3000%, become one of the top health apps on the app store, and are currently helping 100K+ customers cut back on Alcohol use.

The Opportunity

To take Reframe to the next level, we're looking for a full-time fully remote iOS and Full Stack Engineer who can help us rapidly build out new products & features across different ecosystems and help us scale existing ones. You will be working directly with the founders & the product team to build out an ambitious ecosystem to provide personalized, engaging, and habit-altering experiences at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to our customer-facing apps, Reframe and others.
  • Work closely with Product Designer and co-founders.
  • Ongoing development of the mobile app.
  • Handle support fixes.
  • Active participation in daily stand-ups.

About You

  • At least 4 years of professional full stack development experience.
  • You have worked with UX Designers and love prototyping and giving feedback on designs.
  • You have hands-on, professional experience building consumer-level Apple applications.
  • You have submitted applications to the Apple Store.

Technologies We Use

  • AWS
  • SQL
  • DynamoDB Amplify

Requirements:

  • Experience working with small, lean engineering teams to ship product fast
    • Experience working on real-time applications & games/social products is a big plus
    • Love working with ex-founders or early engineers from fast-growth teams
  • Experience with Swift, Node, React, and JS libraries (or other comparable web frameworks)
  • A history of striking out on your own & building
  • Interest in human psychology & an eye for good design

Interview Process

If selected, you'll be interviewing first (30 min) with our Ops Lead then one of our founders, followed by a short (30-45 min) technical interview with our lead engineer. If it's a mutual fit, we'll hand out an offer within 24 hours.

We don't believe in long drawn-out processes. If there is a mutual fit, we are really fast with the offer (usually in less than 24 hours, if not at the end of the conversation). Whether or not it is a fit often becomes pretty clear to both parties within the first 10-15 mins of conversation. To be respectful of your time, we usually let you know exactly where we stand at the end of the conversation (and we encourage you to do the same).
