Job Title: RF Engineer

Working Model: Hybrid Contract Duration: 12 Months ++
Targeted Years of Experience: 3+ years in RF Design
Day to Day:

• Create polygons for small cell clusters and search rings for macro solutions based on provided capacity or modification lists
• Review designs with system performance and update Atoll with any requested changes
• Work with Real Estate to prioritize candidates and attend site walks to finalize details
• Complete tasks in Fuze under Candidate Selection and RFDS Selection
• Ensure compliance with regulatory submissions and E911 requirements
• Assign Cell ID and PCIs for macro/small cells and enter in Atoll
• Work with performance team to understand design restrictions
• Activate sites in all necessary tools and update site information as needed
• Collaborate with project management, construction, and real estate teams to resolve any issues or questions
  Must have:
• Atoll experience
• Must know how to create new sites, copy old sites, and add carriers. Understand the differences in the tables.
• RF design experience in Macro Mods, Initial Builds for Small Cells and Macros.
• C-Band design experience.
• Must have a good understanding in FCC compliance standards and follow our steps in staying compliant will all RF designs and regulatory submissions.
  Desired skills:
• Highly recommended to have some experience with tools: Fuze SPM, Conquest for the RF portion of the CQ, Fuze Planning/Canvas, and Fuze Reporting.
• IXUS RF Safety Software or other EME reporting tools.
• MapInfo or ArcGIS mapping tools for presentations.
• Understanding of 5G C-Band spectrumEducation:
• BS Degree or equivalent work experience in RF Engineering.
