Description

Quality Engineer responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve quality management systems.
  • Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards.
  • HANDS ON
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
  • Microsoft word
  • Manage non-conformance reporting and corrective action processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics.
  • Conduct supplier quality audits and manage supplier quality issues.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management and customers.

Profile

Successful candidate for the Quality Engineer:

  • Strong knowledge of ISO/AS9100 standards and quality management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Solid background in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing non-conformance reports and quality metrics.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
