We are supporting the hiring of a Graphic Designer who will be a key contributor to the Creative Services team, driving the creative direction, design, and production of a wide array of marketing materials. This role requires collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners to produce high-quality assets that align with corporate brand guidelines. The designer will work on a diverse range of projects, including print design (brochures, catalogs, sales collateral, direct mail, RFPs) email design, videos, presentations, trade show displays, environmental graphics, and more. Additionally, this position involves art direction for photo and video shoots and creating materials for social media and digital platforms.
The Graphic Designer will oversee projects from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring all work is completed on time and meets customer expectations. They will also help shape the long-term creative strategy of the corporate brand, informed by industry trends and competitor insights.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop marketing materials across print, digital, and multimedia formats while ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept development to final execution, including layout design, revisions, and asset delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and provide creative solutions.
- Art direct photo and video shoots, ensuring creative vision aligns with project goals.
- Contribute to the strategic evolution of the corporate brand by staying informed on competitor activity, industry trends, and best practices.
- Ensure all design work adheres to deadlines and exceeds customer expectations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office on a Mac platform.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for on-site shoots or meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience with a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to organize and store creative assets.
- Experience leading and art directing photo and video shoots.
- Prior experience working with cross-functional teams in either an in-house creative department or agency setting within the last four years.
