Non-Union commercial and industrial electrical contracting firm in business for over 30 years located in Southern New Jersey seeking Lead Working Mechanics. Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Minimum 5 years experience in the commercial/industrial environment
Organization skills and detail to paperwork
Must be able to run work, layout job, set up men, order material and bring project in on time and within budget
Expected to be a "Working Lead Mechanic" supervising 1-5 men depending on project
Due to the corporate nature of our customers and accounts, must be able to work overtime and weekends when necessary
Must be presentable and able to communicate with customers, other trades and fellow employees
Must have a valid driver's license and transportation
Must provide references from previous employers as well as salary requirements
