Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer or site reliability engineer
- Experience supporting engineering teams with tools and patterns to build, test, deploy, and operate their services with high reliability and development velocity
- Exposure to architectural patterns for Serverless based applications
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code methodologies and implementation especially using Terraform

What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer or site reliability engineer
- Knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, etc) with deep knowledge in GCP preferred
- Experience supporting engineering teams with tools and patterns to build, test, deploy, and operate their services with high reliability and development velocity
- Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Typescript, Python, Ruby, Java, Go), with experience working in the application and/or platform engineering layer preferred
- Exposure to architectural patterns for Serverless based applications
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code methodologies and implementation especially using Terraform

Compensation
This salary range may include multiple levels. Your level is based on our assessment of your interview performance and experience. Salary is just one component of Pave's total compensation package for employees. Your total rewards package at Pave will include equity, top-notch medical, dental and vision coverage, commuter benefits, catered lunch, an unlimited PTO policy, and many other region-specific benefits.
Pave's salary range for this position is $153,000—$230,000 USD.
