The DBA will provide support to a highly available 24x7 Unix Enterprise environment. You will be designing, building, and operating customer-facing Internet and an internal UNIX environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Support a highly available 24x7 Unix Enterprise environment.
2. Design, build, and operate customer-facing Internet and internal UNIX environments.

Qualifications:

1. 3 to 5 years of experience as a Database Administrator in a Linux, SUN Solaris environment in a large enterprise setting.
2. Good verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. Oracle 10g, RAC skills are desired.
5. Self-motivated with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems involving server hardware, software, and UNIX environments.
7. Excellent knowledge of UNIX and Windows-based volume managers and file systems.
8. Clustering experience is desired.
