Title: Onsite Procurement and PO management Engineer
Location: Greensboro, NC
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
1- Understanding of Coupa and SAP
2- Understanding of entering requisitions in Coupa
3- Understanding of kicking off sourcing events
4- Understanding of completing Good Receipts in Coupa including rejecting incorrect invoices
5- Understanding of submitting Coupa tickets for issues resolution
6- Interface with vendors to resolve invoice issues
7- Interface with vendors to ensure invoices are submitted in a timely manner
8- Develop and update PO spending tracker
9- Complete weekly 1 hour review meeting with the site to discuss pending POs, GRs, spending tracker, etc.
