Lead Software Engineer

What You’ll Do:

• Develop Technical Strategies: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Business Development teams to design and implement solutions that accelerate our product’s growth. You'll enhance our AI-driven analytics platform, solidifying Focus AI's leadership in performance intelligence.
• Drive Product Development: Leverage your coding and engineering skills to build new features, optimize existing systems, and push the boundaries of innovation in AI-driven insights.

You Bring:

• Proven Engineering Skills: 5+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally in high-growth tech environments. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, Python, relational and NoSQL databases, AWS services, RESTful APIs, strong debugging skills across the stack, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and containerization.
