Information Systems Security Engineer

What you will be doing!

As an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE), your responsibilities will include receiving, transferring, accounting, and safeguarding COMSEC materials. This includes but is not limited to, the accounting of all COMSEC hardware and the routine account management functions to ensure the COMSEC items are accounted for. Coordinate the installation of the COMSEC hardware, including the replacement of the operational KG security hardware, re-keying of the KG devices, and then testing.

Requirements:

• Experience with COMSEC

Education and Experience:

• 14 or more years of ISSE or ISSO experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university. 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IASAE Level 2 is required

Clearance Required: Must possess an active TS/SCI with appropriate Polygraph to be considered for this role.
