Job TitleTechnical EngineerPosition OverviewPosition Overview:Shaw Industries is seeking a Technical Engineer to drive continuous improvement efforts and new product/new equipment development.Responsibilities:Lead, assist, and/or support continuous quality improvement efforts.Provide engineering and troubleshooting support to all departments as needed.Investigate processing and quality problems and implement data driven solutions.Study processing parameters to improve product performance .
