Description
Program Overview
GTIMS is an all-encompassing learning management system that will streamline the Air Education and Training Commands (AETC) processes in their mission of training aircrew on a variety of aircraft and roles, including fighter, tanker, transport, rotary, etc. This program will benefit multiple customer spaces, to include: AETC, Air Mobility Command (AMC), Air Combat Command (ACC) and the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE).
Responsibilities
- Analyze issues, review requirements, and translate these into processes and/or software development tasks.
- Analyze and document existing systems, review complex code, and provide recommendations to improve performance and maintainability.
- Develop new features in C#.
- Develop PowerShell data transfer and processing Applications.
- Locate / Fix Software Bugs in Production.
- Create / Edit Engineering Specifications Documentation for Customer Review & Approval.
- Leverage Agile/Scrum in an Azure DevOps (JIRA) environment.
- Adhere to application and data governance standards.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of Software Development experience.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Willing to obtain an IAT Level 2 certification (ex. Security+CE) within 6 months.
- Experienced in Microsoft .NET development using C#, including WinForms and/or ASP.Net.
- Experience in Object Oriented Languages & Concepts
- Web Application and Relational Database (SQL Server, Oracle) experience
- Agile Development environment.

- Entity Framework, Gitlab, Redmine, Jira, T-SQL Stored Procedures, Web Services, API, Build Automation, Test Automation, Test Driven Development, MS Azure.
