Lead Engineer (OpenText Exstream Cloud)

Location: Charlotte, NC

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Candidate Preference: Local to Charlotte, NC, or nearby areas

Mandatory Skills:

1. OpenText Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText technologies, particularly Exstream.
2. Java & Cloud: 3-5 years of experience in Core Java development and cloud application development.
3. Output Formats: Experience with generating various document formats like AFP (print), PDF (archive), and HTML (email).

Responsibilities:

1. Cloud Administration: Install, administer, and maintain OpenText Exstream Cloud (CN) in an enterprise-scale, high-volume environment.
2. Workflow & SDLC: Collaborate with infrastructure teams to source TKGI and other necessary resources. Establish business enablement communication workflows, and set up SDLC pipelines for code and content management.
3. Configuration & Integration: Configure CN administration, including module integration, domain partitioning, user roles, and entitlements. Define strategies for DAS resource management, object lifecycle workflows, and global/local object management.
4. Compliance & Security: Set up and define strategies for managing ADA tagging and compliance, ensuring regulatory adherence.
5. Multi-Delivery & Multilingual Support: Configure and define strategies to support multiple delivery formats (AFP, PDF, HTML) and multilingual content.
6. Orchestration: Implement orchestration for real-time transaction processing and batch processing.
7. Integration: Facilitate and support the integration of Exstream CN with internal systems.
8. Training & Best Practices: Provide "Train the Trainer" sessions and promote industry best practices for using Exstream Cloud.
