Job Summary:

Function as a Manufacturing Associate performing precision assembly tasks across our various product lines.

Job Responsibility:

  • Performing precision subassembly and system level manufacturing tasks.
  • Accurately entering information into the production Travelers/Routers which are part of our shop floor control system.
  • Working and following detailed Assembly Instructions to produce high quality defect free assemblies.
  • Following and working within an ESD production environment and guidelines.
  • Following all safety practices and procedures.
  • Maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality practices.
  • Assisting with Production Control/kitting activities during peak periods.

Required Qualification:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Manufacturing Operations/Mechanical Assembly/Class 3 soldering a plus.
  • Must be able to work with Assembly Drawings, Parts Lists, and Military Specifications.
  • You must be able to enter data into a Manufacturing Shop Floor Control System.
  • You must be able to follow supervision and interact well with others.
  • You must be able to read and follow assembly instructions in English in order to consistently produce high quality defect free class 3 hardware.
  • Must be able to work to J-STD-001E and IPC-610E specifications.
  • You must have the Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Preferred Qualification:

Experience working with cables and wires (per IPC-620) a plus.
