Be a part of the EDC Team!Management of Work Processes and AdministrativeRequirement● Ensure the timely request, issuance and processing ofthe various work processes such as PR, PO, and IO’s.● Monitor, and review budget making sure proper IOallocation on PR & PO of Parts & Materials, Services,Tools, Logistics, Transportation, PPE requirements andAccommodation for CMG personnel.● Ensure timely procurement, transport and deliveries ofgoods, materials, tools, logistics and services needed forPMS, Repair and RTS activities;● Monitors progress of PMS, Repair and RTS activities andcollate relevant data and information for purposes ofcreating a post outage reports (POR);● Secure Vendor’s Activity and Service Completion Reportsin collaboration with ORE, CMG FS Support, CMG FieldServices and Facility Maintenance,to be incorporated inthe POR as appendices;● Prepares, and submission of Central Maintenance Groupyearly budget;● Preparation of Central Maintenance’s budget monthlyforecast;● Submission of the draft POR’s one week after each andevery outages may it be planned, unplanned, or RTS.▪ Executes health, security, environmental and safety rulesand regulations of the company;▪ Practices recommended behaviors that adhere to the corevalues of the company;▪ Implements and complies with company rules and policies;andPerforms other related duties that may be assigned (bysuperiors) from time to time.
