Senior Engineering Technician - Outfitting 2D Checker

This position is for a Senior Engineering Technician within the outfitting team of a large shipbuilding company focused on delivering US NAVY vessels. With at least 8 years of maritime outfitting experience, the selected candidate will primarily be responsible for checking outfitting drawings in 2D AutoCAD using Ship Constructor, ensuring NAVSEA compliance, and collaborating with modelers to address drawing issues. The hourly range for this position is $36-40 per hour. The ideal candidate should have strong vessel system knowledge, experience with ShipConstructor or NavisWorks software, and a background in developing outfitting in a 3D environment.

• Minimum 8 years of maritime outfitting experience
• Proficiency in ShipConstructor software
